Homebuyer Education webinars are offered in 2 formats:

  1. A 5-hour program sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, including information about the Commission's first mortgage programs, downpayment assistance, and other loan programs.  You'll earn a Certificate of Completion that's required to qualify for the Commission's assistance programs.  Click here to register.
     
  2. A 90-minute, condensed webinar that focuses on the end-to-end homebuying process.  Note:  This format is for the education only, and will not qualify you for the Certificate of Completion needed for the Commission's assistance programs.  Click here to learn more.
